CEO Pacific Fuel Haul
Stephen was appointed to the role of CEO for Pacific Fuel Haul in 2018. He is an experienced manager, with an extensive knowledge of international and domestic logistics and supply chain networks. Stephen joined TIL in September 2017 as a Senior Consultant, having held senior positions across the supply chain including the international freight, 3PL logistics, warehousing and transport service sectors.

Born 1956, in Methven, South Island, New Zealand. Andy has 6 grown children and is also proud to have 6 Grandchildren.
Moved to the North Island where completed all schooling.
After leaving School Andy started in Transport, this included a couple of years working for NZ Couriers as Branch Manager and also Customer Services Training Manager. Andy also owned a Transport and Contracting Business.
Andy has been in the Transport and Distribution industry for the last 35 years, 25 of those years has been in management.
Andy has been through various related transport and management courses, including a Diploma of Business Management. He also did an extensive study of Edward Deeming Philosophy of Quality Management and using statistical methods.
Andy was New Zealand Operations Manager for Child Freighters up until 1995, when Hooker Brothers purchased its assets. Andy was then made General Manager of Southern Region Hooker Pacific based in Palmerston North up until 2008, when he was appointed CEO of Hooker Pacific Fuel Haulage and relocated to New Plymouth.
Hobbies include Walking, Bike riding, watching Rugby and spending time with his family and friends.
National Contract ManagerHayden Garing is the National Contracts Manager for Pacific Fuel Haul. Hayden is an experienced senior manager who has demonstrated capabilities in managing complex models through a range of seasonal and economic market conditions. Hayden has achieved success with well-established companies such as TNL, Hookers and TIL Freight, to name a few. After spending more than 15 Years in the transport and logistics industry Hayden understands what drives businesses, notably through best business practices and an ability to engage and inspire staff at all levels. Hayden holds a BA from Canterbury University (Major Psychology), as well the national certificate in operation management and heavy transport and logistics. Hayden is committed to deliverying world-class and sustainable performance through innovation and proven business techniques.
